The league was established in 1958 as an organization formed to provide a program for the youth of the Pleasant Hill area in cooperation with the Pleasant Hill Recreation and Park District, the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and Diablo Valley College.

Pleasant Hill Baseball Association is happy to introduce the new integrated website!

Our new website makes your life easier by integrating into one single location: player information (including linking siblings and families), game schedules and results, a calendar of league events, field availability, broadcast messaging, online purchasing, and volunteer sign ups.

Click on the links below for step-by-step instructions for using features of the website.


Let's Log In to the Website!

Each parent and/or guardian has an account to access player and family information.

  1. Click on the SIGN IN icon in the upper right corner of the page to expand the log in fields.
  2. Enter your Email address and Password.
  3. Click the Sign In button.
  4. If you don't remember your password, click the forgot? link. You will receive an email from Pleasant Hill Baseball Association (PHBA) with a link to create a unique password.
  5. Click on the link in the email and follow the online steps to create a unique password. From there, you will be redirected to the PHBA site to log in with your new password.

Let's Register Online!

Before you register your son or daughter, be sure to review the Registration page for information about age qualifications, fees, and other important to know stuff.

  1. Click on Register Online (in the Home Menu).
  2. Choose Boys or Girls in the Category drop-down.
  3. Click on the division/age group for the player.
  4. Review the General Registration information regarding fees and qualifications.
  5. Click Begin Registration.
  6. Review the parental restriction information and click Continue.
  7. Log in to your PHBA account.
    • If you do not have an account, click Create an Account.
  8. Choose the child for which the registration applies.
    • Children that are eligible for the specific registration will be noted in green.
    • If you need to add a new player, click on Add Child and enter their information.
  9. Confirm or change the players home address and contact information.
    • You have the option of restricting the player’s contact information to Private (only administrators can see it) and Roster (only coaches and managers can see it as part of the team roster). PHBA does not allow any private information for players or parents to be displaying on the public site.
  10. Click Submit at the bottom of the page to advance to the League Registration form.
  11. Complete the League Registration form.
    • All fields with a red asterisk (*) are required.
  12. ​Click Submit at the bottom of the page. You will go to the confirmation page.

On the confirmation page, review the information and choose Register Another, Pay Now (for credit card or online check), or Pay with PayPal. Registration is not complete until your balance is paid in full.

Let's Edit Your Account (and Check Your Family Balance)

  1. Click on Edit My Account in the Home menu.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Click on any of the names on the page to edit their information.

You will see the current registrations and outstanding balance for your family members.  You can also click on the link for a child’s registration to make changes to the League Registration form.

Let’s Sign Up for Volunteer Positions!

After you have logged into the PHBA website…

  1. Click on Volunteer Opportunities in the left side navigation menu.
  2. Scroll through the list of volunteer opportunities until you find one that fits your needs.
    Helpful Hint: Click on Options (upper left corner)> Filter > Category to choose a specific area for which you want to volunteer (e.g., Opening Day, Parents Banquet).
    Helpful Hint: In the Status column, you can see how many positions are available for a specific position.
  3. Click on the Sign Up button.
    You will see a green pop up message confirming your assignment. You will also receive an email confirmation with date, time, and location information.
    Helpful Hint: If you need to cancel your assignment, come back to this page and click the Assigned button. You will get an email confirmation that you have removed yourself from this volunteer spot.
    Helpful Hint: In the Options menu, you can filter the positions to see only those for which you are assigned.

Let's Find Team Information, such as Rosters, Game Schedules, and Standings!

Team information such as schedules and standings is open to public view without needing to log in. Rosters contain only the player’s first name and last initial. To access more information, such as contact information for the team, you will need to log in to the site.

  1. Go to Teams (in the horizontal menu bar) > Choose a Team > League > Division > Team Name.
  2. View the Team Schedule, Roster, (game) Results, and Standings in the left side navigation menu.
  3. Click on Multi-Schedule in the menu to download the team’s schedule in iCal, Outlook or Google formats.
    Helpful Hint: You can download schedules for multiple teams at once time with the Multi-Schedule feature!
